By using this website and submitting the CareerGyan Abroad Education Fair registration form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. CareerGyan may contact you using the email address or mobile number supplied in the form for registration and event-related communication.

2. Payment

If a registration fee is applicable, payment must be completed through the payment gateway provided on the website. A registration is treated as paid only after the payment is successfully verified by CareerGyan's payment system.

3. Payment Verification

Payment status may be verified using Razorpay transaction information and server-side payment verification. A successful payment page or browser response alone does not override the server's verified payment status.

4. Confirmation

After successful payment verification, a confirmation may be sent to the email address used during registration and an administrative notification may be sent to CareerGyan.

5. Event Information

Event details, participating organizations, timings, venue arrangements and available services may be changed when necessary. CareerGyan will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the applicable registration/refund policy communicated by CareerGyan. Where a payment is eligible for refund, processing may be subject to payment-provider timelines and applicable charges or rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not submit false information, attempt to interfere with the registration or payment systems, abuse reCAPTCHA, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The registration process may use third-party services such as Razorpay for payments, Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention and an email service for transactional messages. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation

CareerGyan is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party service outages or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the registration website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
